Kaybasket operates solely as an independent order facilitation, commission agency, and delivery support platform for grocery and household products supplied by third-party manufacturers, stockists, distributors, vendors, and sellers. All products made available through the platform are manufactured, packaged, labeled, supplied, and distributed by their respective manufacturers, stockists, distributors, or authorized suppliers. Accordingly, all responsibilities relating to product quality, quantity, purity, ingredients, warranty, expiry date, pricing, packaging, statutory compliance, safety standards, fitness for use, consumer claims, defects, damages, side effects, shortages, or legal compliances shall rest solely with the respective manufacturer, stockist, distributor, vendor, or supplier. Kaybasket does not manufacture, process, alter, test, certify, or independently verify any product listed or delivered through the platform and shall not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, civil, or consumer dispute arising out of: product defects or damages; expired or defective products; manufacturer warranty issues; pricing disputes; packaging defects; product misuse; allergic reactions or health-related claims; delay or non-availability from suppliers; inaccuracies in manufacturer labeling or specifications; or any act, omission, negligence, or default of the manufacturer, stockist, distributor, vendor, or supplier. By placing an order through the platform, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Kaybasket acts only as a facilitator/intermediary and that all product-related liability shall exclusively remain with the respective manufacturer, stockist, distributor, vendor, or supplier. All content on the platform (logo, design, text) is owned by Kaybasket. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Kaybasket acts solely as an intermediary, facilitator, commission agent, and delivery coordination platform for products supplied by independent manufacturers, stockists, distributors, vendors, and sellers. Kaybasket neither manufactures, owns, repackages, alters, inspects, certifies, nor independently guarantees any product made available through the platform. All products are supplied, invoiced, and legally controlled by the respective manufacturer, stockist, distributor, vendor, or seller. Accordingly, all liabilities, obligations, warranties, representations, claims, and responsibilities relating to product quality, quantity, genuineness, purity, safety, pricing, labeling, packaging, expiry, statutory approvals, consumer rights compliance, fitness for purpose, defects, damages, shortages, side effects, or legal compliance shall exclusively rest with the respective manufacturer, stockist, distributor, vendor, or seller. By purchasing, ordering, or accepting delivery through the platform, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Kaybasket functions only as a facilitation and delivery service intermediary, and that all product-related liability shall solely and exclusively remain with the respective manufacturer, stockist, distributor, vendor, or seller.
